Refund policy
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. In case you are not completely satisfied with the purchase from sanwara.com, you have to raise a query in 48 hours for replace or return the items to us from your delivery time, will solve your issue within 7 days from your query raised time. We offer hassle-free returns & exchange.
You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:
Please send us an email describing your issue with the product along with an attached photograph of the product to support@sanwara.com / call us at Customer Care: 033-23231070 (10a.m - 6p.m), and request a return with order reference number and request for return or exchange. We will process the return or get in touch with you within 2 to 3 working days.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at support@sanwara.com or call our Customer Care at mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Any return request made to sanwara.com customer support, and sent by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise along with the original sales invoice.
After the merchandise is received by sanwara.com and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process an exchange or refund within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Note: Please be informed that payments for customer returns will be initiated post receipt and verification of the product in physical form.
NO EXCHANGE
Please note that slight color variation is possible because the color shown at various resolutions and various viewing devices always vary. There will be no exchange of the product on color variation. If you still want the exchange then you have to bear extra charges, whatsoever applicable (such as to and fro shipping charges).
- According to our exchange policy, we accept exchanges of all our product against the other product(s) from our website.
- Extra charges will be levied upon in exchanges and that may vary from distance in different locations.
- Returns will be refunded with the same brand of product including the same design and pattern. Returns and exchanges are not applicable for sold out items. However for genuine claims a coupon code or the amount will be given as store credit.
- We ship all our products after strict quality checks. So complaints of having sharp cuts and holes done intentionally won’t be accepted.
- You cannot claim any charge back on these issues. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garment if any. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Want to return part of your order?
- You need to let us know within same working day from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either write to us on operations@sanwara.com
- After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
- We do provide Return pickup facility; however, it depends on the courier availability. Please note that the courier service may take 5-7 days time to complete the Pickup, so please keep the return parcel ready with all Tag and invoice intact. Once the return pickup will done, please inform us by email. If return pickup facility is not available on your location then please do self return.
- Online discounted products in special offer or sale can't be exchanged or returned.
CANCELLATION
- As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
